The Murdock Health Center, located at Murdock Middle High School in Winchendon, was founded by the Joint Coalition on Health through a partnership with Heywood Hospital, Winchendon Public Schools, DPH and North Central Human Services (mental health). Funding was provided by the Department of Public Health, with some emergency assistance received from private foundations.
